Lately i've heard of some issues trying to get the right tune on the 57 h. it's seems that it's pretty touchy to get it on, for a stock bolt in. I've heard more pleasing stats on the 48 h or the woods 222. I really don't think the 57 h is a bolt in. I might be wrong but like I said more issues trying to get it tuned properly...

I have the 57H in my Switchback.
It is totally a bolt in and was an easy no brainer dyno tune with my bike. The 57H is pretty much identical to the 37H (a time proven cam) except for higher lift. Great cam!!

Well, truck is fixed...not as $$$ as I was fearing. I'm really leaning towards the Andrews 48H cam...I like how the power curve is pretty steady in the 3000-4500 RPM range. Probably going to add new tensioner shoes while I'm in there...probably don't need changed but why not replace while it's broke open. I'm probably looking in the 110 ft-lb range for torque after all is said and done...is a heavy duty clutch spring really necessary for a mild cam?

Done and Done. Andrews 48H, Torrington Bearings, S&S lifters and S&S Quickee adjustable pushrods are on order. Cams were really cheap on Amazon, the lifters were heavily discounted also. Now I need to get home (17ish days) and get to work, got A LOT of parts piled up. Thanks to everyone for the advise and opinions, it's hard to tell what you'll like until you just do it and go from there. But the advise given on this forum makes you think of different options. Thanks again, I'll make sure to post dyno results when I get her all put together and tuned right.
