Pricey, but i went with s and s hp premiums. Why save a few bucks when in the grand scheme of things, our bikes are or can be an expensive toy. There are a couple others although i have no experience with them. Some people are running chevy v8 lifters, and apparently they are alot cheaper. Im sure guys with much more experience and qualifications with help you out shortly.

SE lifters are sure nothing to rave about. Comp Chevy lifters are all ya need, S&S if ya want to spend more.

S&S lifters are what we rely on here.

My 120r SE lifters had 30000 miles on them. They still look perfect when I took them out. I am currently running S&S premium's in my 124. I have used low mileage stock lifters on many builds when changing cams and have had no failures even with cams at 660 lift. I personally think there is way to much internet hype and venders pushing lifters on people for profit. Yes it sucks when there is a failure but even a new lifter can fail. They are a mass produced item and will have a percentage of failure.

Another vote for S&S. I really like the premiums.

All I know is you better get a lifter for a harley. These engines are like no other something SUPER HIGHT TECH you know NASA type ****. Just how do you think they make the ungodly horse power they make. Call one of the harley lifter people and ask them. Made in house using some really space age tools to get the bleed off oil flow some more critical parts that no one else can reproduce. If you don't spend at least $250 for 4 lifters you are not using your head and don't need to be riding a harley. I will put nothing in my bike that is not made for a harley in fact I even call harley or some harley part manufacture to send me the correct air to run in my tires.
