was running the woods directional and kept having a valve train noise issue. switched to the S&S premiums problem solved.

I will say that I have run S&S lifters, I've put Johnson Hylift lifters in guys' bikes and am currently running Gaterman lifters now with .625" lift cams. Never had a problem with any of them.
