Bike won't start HELP

security system problem bike won't start
I have a 2010 wide glide and this winter I took it all apart and did paint and new bars. I put it all back together and rode it for about a day and a half. I was leaving home and my bike just shut off. I changed the battery in the fob and my security key light on my speedometer is still on. My kill switch is in the on position and when I turn the key to the on position my lights come on and my dash comes on but the fuel pump does not. I disconnected the battery and checked all my fuses. I called the local dealer and they told me sounds like a security issue. Anyone have any suggestions?
