Default motor swap night train

I have a 2005 night train with the stock tc88b motor, instead of doing cams, head work and big bore is there any bolt in replacement motors that will work with the stock frame and trans? Or any company's that have a replacement motor for the tc88 I want big displacement and 100 plus hp

Look in the Jim's catalogue and open your check book.

Via boring your cylinders to 98", with heads/cams, 100 hp is a walk in the park, just saying.

I'm a firm believer in crate motors -- but if all you want is above 100hp may not be worth the expense ---- building a 98 CI motor would probably be better and provide way more than 100/100 --- find a reputable builder and get it done -- upgrade the clutch and a good tune and your done

Huh??? My 95" with S&S .510 mouse cams and mild headwork made 100/100. Not worth it??? Do the 98" with everything matched up well and I bet you hit 110 hp and smile a whole bunch.

I believe 98 means it's not worth it to do a swap to get to 100/100. Easier to do a BB kit.

When going with a JIM 120" / 131" crate motor (only crate motors available for your bike), you will have to upgrade a lot more. Weakest link in the chain breaks.
