Default 106 -117?

I have a Dudly Perkins HD built 106 with S&S welded flywheels 4.375 stroke. Thus is a 48 mik carb 2002 electra glide .My question is can I bolt on 117 pistons and cylinders or does this need a case bore?

You'll need to split the cases to bore it.

When we bore those to accept those 4.125" bore S&S cylinders, establishing a 117" powerplant, we also like to perform the maching operation(s) to set the client with a Timken bearing conversion as well.

Displacement wise your only option without slitting cases is the 110 drop in cylinders of the MOCO. Probably not worth it for 4" unless you have a lot of miles on it and it is showing signs of wear, even then with a 106" you can still bore it.
Since you already have the crankwork you could probably have the cases split, cases bored and some 117 cylinders done fairly reasonably if you pull the motor then heads and and reinstall is just wanting to go big.
