Default ACR's for early Screamin Eagle heads?

Pulling a 99 FLHR apart for auto compression release installation in the Screamin Eagle heads currently installed. I see the ad for HD ACR tooling says only for 16952-99C heads. I know this was one of the first 99s to get the SE heads when bike was new. How can I tell if I have the -99, -99A, -99B, or -99C heads? They definitely are not the -08 heads. Can ACR's be installed if I do have the A or B heads? Any machinists on here who have done early heads? Manuals are a last resort. ACR's are my 1st choice. Thanks for your replies.

I just looked in the 2015 catalog - don't see that note.
