Depents on your crank i think, the "Lefty" is build to handle the SE120R and bigger but if your crank flex to much it will still shather.
I'm in the proces now of building my own SE120 engine with a custom build one piece crank from darkhorse with no flex at all and choose to keep the Lefty in it.
I will stay in the middle, making it a mild SE120R but nastier then the 120ST
