I don't think there is a kit that does everything that you need.
The head gaskets I used for my 2014 103" were 0.030" Cometic MLS C9721 if I recall correctly. Check on Cometic's on line catalogue though....
The rocker box gasket kit was Cometic C9588.
HOWEVER - i would say that you don't need the whole rocker box kit. It includes all the parts to rebuild the earlier breather assemblies, but Harley has since moved to a stamped breather assembly - so all those parts will be worthless to you....
I think you would be best off getting the Cometic MLS 0.030" head gaskets, but then just buying the upper and lower rocker box gaskets from your local HD dealer. You will also need a pair of the O-rings that fit under the rocker arm assemblies and a pair of the new stamped breather assemblies.
I think that should be it for doing heads. Of course, if you are doing cams at the same time, you'll need a camshaft install kit. S&S do a good one that includes Koyo inner cam bearings, cam cover gasket, oil pump o-rings.
Then finally, you'll need new o-rings for the pushrod covers. Those will probably come with whatever pushrods and tubes you buy!
Give CYCO a call. Good quality gaskets for about half price of OEM or Cometic. MLS head gaskets, etc., all good quality. Check EBay, they may sell retail there; used to have to have an account to buy direct.
Got the C9844 kit today, it's indeed the good one, it even include the parts for both the old and new stamped assembly
The only bad point is that the exhaust gaskets are flat race style ionstead of tapered, so need to get two from HD...

The flat SS gasket work fine; the tapered can "squish" into the exhaust port. If you are worried about sealing (never had an issue) use two retaining rings on the header pipe. HD PN 17048-98, about $8.00 for a set.
