Spoke at length with TR Reiser at T Man performance. What a nice guy... Very candid and seemed very honest to the point of telling me I really didn't need his service... Talked himself out of a sale... He said what I was looking for wasn't some monster motor and I should look for a new or newer motor... That is what I did...
I heard nothing but good from them for years and if I was looking for a lot more power I would look at him also because he is close...
Not taking anything away from Hillside, Fuelmoto or other performance places. I have had nothing but good experiences with FM and the comments and outcomes from Hillside are also awesome...
We are so lucky to have so many choices.

I agree. When I first spoke to TR I was wanting him to throw a set of cams in. I told him that I intended to do a 107 kit and some head work down the road. He explained to me that it would be worth it to wait till I was ready to do the 107. He didn't want me to waste the money on cams and labor only to do it over again in the near future. I took his advise and went back 1 year later and had him do the 107 with head and throttle body work. He and his staff couldn't be more helpful or professional. It helps that I live 15 miles from his shop as well. I am sure in the near future I'll be back at his shop for either a supercharger or a 117/124. I haven't dealt with hillside but from what I have read they are a stand up company as well. I have dealt with fuelmoto and they are an excellent company to deal with. Yes we are very lucky to have so many top notch companies that we can trust.
He is the one that convinced me to buy a slightly used 103HO or have HD remanufacture my motor...The 103HO will work, next year I will throw a set of cams in it and move on...
The 117 has the T-Man 625s, CVO Street Performer Heads, and (TR Ported / Polished) SE 58mm TB. When I received the Components, they were clean and ready for assembly (unlike some similar components received from others) Runs great, absolutely no issues for 27k mi. so far...
I would not hesitate to use T-Man Performance again...
