missing and backfiring

hey guys I have a 2000 Road King... I forgot to put fuel stabilizer in my bike before winter. I got my bike out the other day and probably put 20 miles on her... she ran fine. then all of the sudden she started to run rough... what should I do??? where do I start????

Add fuel stabilizer to restore the bad gas or drain the tank and add new gas or put seafoam into your intake or take apart and clean carb. All someone related to a bike that's been sitting.

I drained the gas...it was orange. I put new plugs in it and added some seafoam to the gas.... gonna run her for a few days then change fuel filter and plugs again
