With all the talk about not firing it up unless it can be ridden and brought up to temp would one time just to get the sta-bil through the system hurt?
Is leaving it with a full, untreated tank of fuel worse?
It's minus 15 bike is in an unheated garage. Thanks in advance for the advice.
Can anyone please tell me exactly what Sta-Bil does to the gas. I've been storing bikes and boats for years and have depended on a FULL tank to keep moisture out. Never an issue come spring.

Stabil doesn't keep the moisture out it just keeps the gas from getting stale. It also keeps the gas from forming gum deposits which can clog up the jets in your carb.
For the OP.....just start your bike and let Stabil mix and run throughout the fuel system. A one-time start is not gonna hurt anything....just don't make it a habit.
