I recently installed a set of SE 204 cams in my 13 Road King. It has Stage I and Cobra PowerPort Duals with Full Boar slip ons and Powervision with Target Tune.
Picked it up from the dyno tuner today and it came back with dismal results. It goes up to 100 ft lbs then falls on its face. Ends up at 65 ft lbs at 5250 rpms. He tried two different sets of mufflers and the same result. The bottom line on the graph is the first run, before tune and after 5 auto tune sessions with my Target Tune, the top is the final run.

If your target tune was way off, the auto tune won't dial it in. Suggest getting the bike on a dyno for a proper tune before hitting the panic button. Or maybe try a different target tune for the baseline. Auto tune is no substitution for a proper dyno tune.
Any change you mixed up the pushrod placement they are specific length for intake and exhaust.
Thanks for the response. I thought about that. I had the longer ones with the black marks in the exhaust, but started questioning myself about it. I cut them out now and gonna put in adjustables.

That top run on the dyno chart was from the tuner. He said he spent 5 hours and that was the best he could get. The bottom line was from the Target Tune.
He said it couldn't stop it from going rich on the top end.
Compression check then check for sumping. I'm betting sumping is the issue.
I didn't do the compression check before pulling the cams out again. I was so irritated I pulled them out and plan on putting the stock cams back in with adjustable.
The tuner said he got 8 oz out of the crank, when he checked and when I pulled the crank plug after driving it home from the tuners I only got 4 oz. I was really hoping that was it. I'm at a loss.
