Doubt you’ll be able to nail that down. If you can determine when the next dash came out you can get a range but can’t see how you’re going to nail it down to a specific year.

The year is in that circle, hard to see maybe 89 or 99.

Question Twin cam vs Evo
I see machining tools for twin cams but none for Evos yet many Evo owners have compression release valves installed.

I was trying to confirm that I can't use the same jig for compression release valves due to the drilling angle that is sold for twin cam heads 99- present. I found a machine shop that'll work.

I believe they are head breathers. Years would be 93-98 without any real way of telling the exact year.... Same numbers I have on my 98.....

Default Compression release valves
I found a machine that will drill and tap my head's with valves for $80. The angle on Evo heads must be drilled at 90° not like the twin cams. Saved my self $300.
