Currently have a 2009 Ultra Classic with a S&S 106, S&S 510 cams and FM 2-1. Its been tuned with Power Vision. The last tune I had was 100hp and 119fp. Im thinking of getting the heads done and changing cams. Just not sure about which cams or head work to go with for the 2-1 exhaust.
That's on my intentions. Just want to see what other users think.
No disrespect to you or other forum members but if you are going to talk to Scott/Kirby, does it really matter what others have to say? Would you rather sort through various forum members suggestion or listen to a pro? Cut to the chase and get it done; just sayin.
How much more do you want and how much are you willing to spend? A set of "Stage IV" or "Pro Street" heads, .600" lift cams and a larger throttle body would be one way to "more".
One of my thoughts is that the 510 cams aren't ideal for the 2-1 exhaust. Is that wrongful thinking? Are there Cams that match up better for certain exhaust setups?

It depends on what you want.. The exhaust system can shape the power band.. In your case you can see that the torque has a real high peak but falls off quickly on the low side.. Some of this is the pipe, exhaust duration and exhaust port flow. Good flowing 2 into 1 with longer exhaust durations do this.. Some like this "kick in the pants". Some don't.
lots of different cam choices, pretty all better than the .510 for a 106".being a touring bike, ide assume your looking for low end TQ
