Will these heads work on a 103?

I stumbled upon reference to these heads somewhere here on HDF. The description states that it will work on 99-up twin cams... does that include 103's? The description also states that it bumps compression to 10.5 - but that seems unlikely that it would works the same on all twin cams from 99 - 16. What am I missing?

Those heads will fit any twin cam cylinders but beware as they have been machined to reduce chamber volume to increase compression. Chambers are 76cc IIRC and installed on a 3.875" bore cylinder cam or piston change, or both, will be necessary to keep compression manageable. Additionally, the heavy duty springs are not necessarily a good thing; more seat pressure and more noise.

Best bet would be to have your OEM heads ported.
