Hello all. Looking for recommendations for my 2012 street with a 103, thunder header, high flow air and Harley orange tuner. A local performance shop can do a 107 Zipper muscle kit with oil pump upgrade for a little over $5k. Harley can do there 107 upgrade kit for about $3500. What would be best? Most reliable power?
Tks
Depending on what your looking for, we have 107" kits, with Andrews or S&S cams starting at $1288.00 and up, plus labor/tune.
Wood cam combos are an additional $80.00.
Scott
That seems pretty steep ...better get on the phone to scott or kirby before your wallet explodes lol. Either of those guys will set you up with a good proven combo with a better bang for the buck.

That sounds really high! I just got the S&S 110 kit done with new cams, clutch, injectors, dyno program, new reartire and install, dyno break in and tune and a couple of other misc. parts put on for under $4500. Where are you bringing it to get done?
The muscle kit MSRP is like $3500 which means the shop is charging $1500 for labor. Considering what you get its not a horrible deal. To compare...
Fuel motor 107 kit is $1299, heads are $879. Plus you still need a tuner right? Thats another $800 for a Power Vision with AT. What about an air cleaner and injectors? Those need upgrades too right? See my point?
The muscle kit comes with all of that. Just swap the PV for a Thundermax. Price wise there isn't a huge difference.
The muscle kit doesn't make sense if you've already got some of the pieces. I.E. air cleaner, tuner. Unless you were planning on swapping anyway. If you are planning to keep existing mods the muscle kit probably isn't the best choice.
