Dragpro I’m sure this is known , but how reliable is the 107” kit? I’m guessing at that point I would have to find a shop that works on after market bikes and has a good tech. I’m pretty machinical but tuning is really out of my scope

Ok, i know that i will need a tune, intake, exhaust, and maybe some other small things. But does it all bolt up without machine shop work? I know i can go to 103” but for the $$ it doesn’t seam that much more to just get the 110” kit. Thanks,
S&S 110" kit, with S&S .570 EZ Starts, and a set of good heads.
An oil cooler will be a good idea.

Awesome. Thanks for all the input. Now to start getting parts. Anyone know a good shop in the Columbus Ohio area? I know of the Harley dealers, but new to the area so not sure if they are well known as good builders or if their cost is high and I would get the same or better work at another shop? Thanks again.

To be clear there is a Harley 110 bolt on kit with no case boring for a 96/103 motor prior to 2014? Or is the 110 kit referred to here the S&S 110 kit? Maybe I missed something but I can't find a part number for a Harley kit?

Yes, H-D does make a bolt on 110" kit for 96" and 103" engines. It's P/N 92500039 for the black highlighted cylinders. No case boring needed.
