Hell, D.A.S. Performance, in Drakett, Mass, has tuned 98" engines of ours to 120 hp.

i have Vance & Hines short shots, I just installed the Fuel Moto variable plate, ordered the 585, getting a 58mm, and Harley is gonna tune it but head work is still undecided on who to go with I got homework to do

That sound you hear is your money going the toilet as you say ...."I'm going to have harley tune it". Let scott at hillside do those heads for you, then find a good tuner.

Hell my 98" scott built for me is only 13hp shy of what ya want. And I started with a stock 2002 88 inch

You realize that you'd be checking in with 120.1 HP at that rate.....

Harley is doable 1.20 NA
Heck the old 80 evo would do a 100 HP and that is 1.25

You should reach it or be very very close, will probably be up to the tuning...
