Black smoke when first starting

Default Black smoke when first starting
I hope I’m posting my issue in the right forum, if not I apologize, but here it goes. So I have an 03 Night Train which I just had 98” S&S Big Bore put in couple moths ago and I have roughly 2k miles on it, all of a sudden after it sits in the garage overnight and I start it the next day, I get a lot of black smoke from exhaust and when I rev it it’s a lot, but after it runs and I ride it for a bit it doesn’t do it anymore till the next day. What could cause this? Thanks in advance guys!

Bad valve seals or guides. Time for a valve job.

A bit too rich at startup, I'd say. A little black smoke on start is normal for fuel injection (or if choked). leaky injector maybe??

That would be blue not black.
