The ID of the seat bore, needs to be .006" less than the seat.
Oversize seats are readily available, as are the custom manufacture of them, if needed, the seat bore is then machined to the dedicated diameter.

well, the old aluminum shovel heads weren't great to begin with.
mr. hillside made an excellent suggestion.
if the heads can not support available seats, a custom one can be made. the big issue is if the head can support it, aka, material too thin. in a case like this, the head can be filled in and a stock seat pocket be machined. weigh the cost of such against a set of good after-market heads.
another thing is if the stock seat is machinable to accept a larger valve. some chevy valves can make good donors, used chevy seats in the past.
