New Build FM 107 break in Oil Pressure on start up

After 8 Mile ride in 50 degree weather 2500-3500 all is good
Pressure under load 31 to 35 PSI
once engine got up to warmer temp, 194 coolant , 208 ET then oil pressure was 15 PSI at idle
My '12 Limited got hot enough in multi level parking traffic in Vegas to shut down where I had to let it cool off a bit. The wethead I have now seems to regulate itself just fine, even during extended idling.
