This might just be a dumb question but I see you increasing the volume, including larger throttle body and high flow injectors but what about the fuel pump? Can the pump keep up with the demand that you are expecting?
Fuel pump will be fine...might consider going to 5.3 injectors though. Better check you crank runout too...you going to put a lot more power to a motor with 57k on an already suspect bottom end. I have an 08 cvo road king and stayed at 110 but did heads and s and s 570 cams over last winter. Had about 43k on the bike at the time and .003 runout with great oil analysis results. About 7k into this riding season and I hit the rev limiter once by accident passing a few cars and the crank shifted and I found bad rod bearings on tear down. Cured with a darkhorse man o war crank. Don't let my story discourage you...build your motor and if the crank takes a crap on you then fix it. With bad bearings I was on borrowed time anyway, but now when I need to I can build a big power motor and not have to worry about my bottom end again. Good luck with the build
