I have a 124 cubic inch on my 05 Electra Glide and a baker 6 speed transmission with the baker + 1 oil pan. When the oil is full I keep blowing the oil cap off. Brand new cap own from HD. What is the problem?
If you do not have the vent line that runs from the oil filler neck to the cam chest, that is more than likely your issue.
Other thing is that a breather umbrella is upside down and it's not venting properly. You should be able to draw air out of the breathers in the heads but not blow it in. If it is the other way around, that's bad.
Also - how many quarts is your full? Let's make sure you're not over-full.
If all those are verified, time for compression AND leak down tests.
