We have seen quite a few M8's come thru the shop now.
Nothing like that as of yet.
Sumping, and oil transfer are mostly the issues.

Broken SE valve springs are showing up more and more. If must be worse than anyone thought, as SE made a valve spring design change and no longer sells the first style. When the valve spring failed it most likely did some damage on your lifter and now 5K later it has showed up. So if they just replace one valve spring I would get them all replace now and do the same for the lifters. Also make very sure there is no camshaft damage before trying to run it again.
