Ok guys I have a 16 dyna with a stage 1 right now. I happened to get my hands on a set of fueling 574 cams and fueling lifters from my brother dirt cheap he sold his bike before he had a chance to throw them in. I know I’m going to need to bump my compression because of the duration and overlap. With this being the case I am saying F(@$ it and going with a FuelMoto 110 big bore with 10.5-1 compression. Also I’m going to run a S&S cam plate and oil pump while I’m in there. I’m not doing heads yet because I’m dumping a large chunk of money already. Ported the heads and a 50 mm throttle body and bigger injectors will be at a later date. Is there any advise or personal experience with this set up you guys have? Thanks for the input.
Cost and results considered. I would keep the OE plate and pump if good condition and spend the 6-800 on street head work 1.9 intake 1.61/3 exhaust. And make sure FM APC coats the pistons.
do the headwork, wwwayyyyy more bang for the buck, there is no need to upgrade the camplate/oilpump stuff unless you have something worn out or damaged, and if you dont have a lot of miles on it it's not likely. check your pinion runout while you are in there and make note of it for future info.

A 110" powerplant needs volume on the spool off.
We use our Stage III(1.940") or Stage IV Heads in that application.
Wood 408-6, or T-Man 660 PS is what we favor, many times.
55 or 58mm.

100% agree`d,that said you might want to look around for a 107" kit, will be cheaper than a 110 kit and will allow for good headwork & a pipe
