Adjustable PRs or oem?
10 ultra. Planning to do bolt in cams in the spring. Andrews 48,woods 222 or S&Smr103 ??
anyway plan to open rockers to do lockouts, breathers and fix a minor oil seep issue.
that being said is it still advisable to add the expense of adjustable push rods and new tubes or should I just reuse my oems?

Once you take the rocker covers off for other items, you might as well remove the rockers and reuse the stock push rods. Only advantage to adjustable is to avoid opening top of motor, but since you are going there save the money. Your time is free, good luck with the upgrade.
any cam cam with a base circle close to stock will work with oem pushrods
hyd lifters have some latitude / forgiveness
I agree if the cam you select is on the same base circle diameter as the stock cam and you're going in the top anyway just save some coin and reuse the stock rods.
The advantage with the adjustables allow you to set the lifter preload within the desired range (some vary the preload to assist with valve rain noise) and allow future cam chest work without pulling the boxes.

the biggest advantages to adjustables is not just not having to take the rocker boxes off in the future,it is they allow you to properly set lifters.i would defanatly go with adjustables

if you are going to adjustable p/r, then you need to install collapsible p/r tubes, i use colony units on mine. this is the only way to accurately set them. also makes it easier to remove without any top side work.
Big twins all have collapsible pushrod tubes.
