How much crank run out is acceptable for a 107 bore kit and cams on a 103 HO twin cam motor ?

Have my bike in for a 107 kit , found my run out @ .0054 and told me he won't build it if I don't true the crank 1st ,I knew this going in before hand, just hoping it wouldn't be the case .

He could put it back together or send the crank off to be trued , welded ,maybe rod bearings, Also found some scoring in my oil pump and cam plate , 34K on a 14 103HO motor .

I went ahead and ok'ed the crank work which he said he will install new lefty bearings on as well , and a S&S cam plate and oil pump, that blew the budget pretty well , but what do you do . I'll know I have a solid bottom end now and a good running motor for many miles to come.
