Lifter Adjustment Question
The instructions for the Woods Alpha Directional lifters spec 0.125 for total travel. The Fuel Moto EZ pushrod 930-0145 is 24 threads per inch (tpi) or 0.042 travel per turn. Strangely enough Fuel Moto specs 4 turns with Woods lifters and people have had success with 4 turns. Am I missing something? Wouldnt 4 turns net 0.164 travel which is a lot more than 0.125 specd by Woods?

Just to be clear, the Wood instructions say extend push rods to 0.120" to 0.140" total travel after lash removed. My initial post mentions "total travel" and this was not meant to indicate the absolute travel a typical lifter has which we all know is >0.2".
For those that have used Wood alpha lifters any comments appreciated.
