Default Head gasket size confusion? Need help

Ok. So I am confused.
I have a 2008 Ultra classic (manufacture date of 02/08). I'm in the process of upgrading my cams to S&S 551 easy start cams.
One of the threads for the rockers stripped out. So had to remove the head to fix the threads.(couldn't get the Heli coil into place because of frame)

This is where I am confused.
I took the head off. I find that I have a 3.875 head gasket. Cometic style gasket installed. Numbers stamped on it 16787-99A (from what I can see)
The size does not match the kit that I purchased for a 2008 96" engine. Kit purchased has 3.75" gasket (stock)

Doing some research. I find that 3.875" bore is for a 95" - Am I wrong by saying that 2008 ultra classic has a 96" and has a bore size of 3.75".?
I am going to try and measure the bore of the cylinder today. I do not want to take the cylinder completely out (don't want to put new rings on) So gonna measure it the best I can in frame.

Need some help understanding what in the world I have here.

I think I figured it out!!!!!!
Looks like I have a 96" bored to a 103 (3.75 to 3.875)
Now the question would be. Where in the world do I find a gasket set? The ones I see on line have the little brass rings on the side. Mine does not.

Harley gasket number is 16787-99A. wondering if anyone can tell me the thickness of this gasket.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have standard composite gaskets, buy then from the harley dealer. It's basically the same gasket used on a later 103 twincam..

Posting a pick would be helpful.

If you removed the cylinder head you might want to replace the cylinder base O-rings.. Disturbing it by removing the cylinder head can initiate a leak..
