I'm having problems with my 94 dyna .I had a major break down broke my crankshaft case on right side i used a 93 case on primary side 94 on otherside changed my heads added a breather in the timing gears so it would breath new pistons juggs an set vlvs but it won't suck your hand against carb so it's not pulling fuel in I have tried everything

Are you saying the engine was just assembled, and it will not start?

Did you assemble the engine?

It started one time an all it will do is pop an backfire when u turn key on or turn key off crank it an it does nothing

It has a dyna ign electronic I've had bike for 4 years have overhauld it 2x I've been a mechanic for 40 years an could always make it run but not this time???

You do know that on EVOs, there are 2 dots on the cam gear..

Check to see if the pushrods are too tight.. Common issue is mixing intakes and exhaust pushrods if non adjustables.

Yes 2 dots I got it had a wire to dyna ignition pinched behind inner primary ty the timing is so easy on these a 10 year old can do it tu
