Well I guess my bikes name is now "tapper"... Couldn't find any issues with any of the parts, everything looked good no wear... Hoping its not internal engine issues. Told to keep riding it and take it back if it gets worse, put another 150 miles on it today sounds the same.

I hope the dealer also looked at other possible noise sources like a loose exhaust mounting bolt or heat shield. Ticking on a brand new bike would drive me nuts. Lifters are really good oil filters. It may be that after your first few quiet miles a bit of debris made it to a lifter and can't move on. Pure speculation of course.
I should have listened to the video before I commented. Like Dan pointed out, it doesn't sound that unusual to me. I guess it's worse in real life if the dealer actually did a partial teardown to investigate....
