Make sure your battery terminals are clean and tight, maybe run some fuel injector cleaner through it.
Make sure your gas tank is venting like it should.

I had the same problem on my 06 Softail and had to replace the throttle position sensor and all has been good since...part #10
Clean the IAC port and motor and reset the IAC. Do not use carb or brake cleaner; mass air flow sensor cleaner only. Google for "how to" clean IAC and reset procedure; lots of info available. Maybe another forum member has the procedure handy and can post it; very straight forward, quick and simple.
Also clean the speed sensor. Do the easy stuff first.
had this to happen after hard run smoking a couple of cagers. turn out to be the spark plugs on front cyl. only happened on coast down when the plugs went cold, fortunately i was only a couple of miles from home. if i would have had single plugs per cyl it probably would have turned out worst.

My 07 needs this periodically, there was even a bulletin for that year. Why that year, not sure
Could be lots of things, when you are costing. It might be an issue all the time, but you don't notice cause when giving gas it catches itself, and just misses a beat
I had another bike, that did this for coil that would act up, but ohmed good.
11 o clock position on induction module is hole, behind air cleaner. Spray sensor cleaner in as you cycle kill switch/power,you should hear motor. Put some paper towels to catch gunk.
