Installed SE oil pump a month ago. Seemed to run just fine for about 100 miles. Then last week, it seemed I had excess knock type noise but seemed to be coming from front cylinder area. I got worried because it did not go away after a few more start ups and short runs. So I took it all apart, and this is what the rear exhaust lifter looked like:
All the O rings were in place. When I took the cam cover off, about an ounce of oil drained out. The lifters are S&S premium. about 1,000 miles on them
