Having issues, need help
So I have a 2014 softail slim with a 103. Close to stock besides big air cleaner 2 into 1 exhaust and a thundermax tuner. It's been running great for years. I regularly change fluids and maintain accordingly. All of the sudden it started running weird, rough idle, backfiring etc . Figured it was iac valve or tps. It showed trouble codes for those so I went ahead and changed all the sensors on the throttle body and the engine temp sensor, Vss, cps, tmax o2 sensors. Cleared the codes but it didn't change how it ran. Next I changed fuel filter fuel pressure regulator, plugs. Still the same. Sent data collection to tmax guys and they said probably intake leak. Found and fixed that , checked for exhaust leaks . Running out of ideas I checked 100% of the wiring including all connectors and that's all good. Today I just finished a complete top end rebuild and still running like $#%t. I'm out of ideas, anyone out there have any suggestions?

what is your fuel pressure?.
what is the compression on both cylinders?
Check the cam timing, if you can or check the cam chest to secure all is good ( do this last, check the basics first)

I had a Softail that ran like that ,the injectors were dirty .. Replaced and the issue was history ..
