Default Exhaust mod
Was thinking about pulling the mufflers from my pipes and cutting the baffles down. Tips? Pros? Cons? Anybody done this before? Btw I have an 09 Street Bob.

Itsa PITA!
Way easier and better to just find a cheap set of slip ons.
You will spend time chopping them, installing, and just to see that you will want slip ons....

Also, then you can't put stock pipes back on bike for selling later. Definitely something to consider & there are quire a few decent/cheap pipes out there...like these:
