2013 Iron Exhaust
Brand new Harley owner just purchased my Iron on Saturday. I'm wanting a diiferent exhaust. I'm thinking I can just remove the mufflers and wrap the straight pipes in header wrap. Is this an actual option?

i wouldn't run just open headers, i put on vance and hines straight shot slip ons with the "quiet" baffles. LOVE THEM, they are loud enough to know that you have a nice bike, but not annoying. i sanded the heat shields down and sprayed them with ceramic header paint to give that flat black look. i paid about 275 for the slip ons, but im going with the vance and hines short shots when i feel like doing the whole Air cleaner and tuner in the future.
