He said that there shouldn't have been any decel popping... And that there about 4 ways to correct it...he said that he set it to "fire to the top" or "fire all the way up" or "spark all the way up" or "ignite to the top". Or some **** ". Maybe he was full of ****....there are no Dyno tuners around me other than dealerships.

Anyone know what he was talking about?
I don't know what he is talking about; I am not a tuner. At least he has confirmed that there should be no decel popping. I still don't believe the tune has been optimized. I would bet that there is a competent tuner within riding distance from your location; you just need to find them and make up your mind how far you are willing to ride for a proper tune. I know guys that have ridden all day, spent the night had the bike tuned the next day and rode back home. There is a list of EFI tuners floating around somewhere on the internet, most likely in one of the forum I frequent. I will look for it and, if I find it, will post a link.

EDIT: How far are you from HD of Frederick Maryland? Dealer techs don't have the best rep when it comes to tuning but I have read good things about this dealer's tuning capabilities. I would call first and ask to talk to the tuner. http://www.hdoffrederick.com/
