Default SE204 cams in a 88 with dyno

Have not seen a dyno sheet with CF uncorrected.
Had new SE cam plate with larger oil pump installed in my 06 Night Train. Installed SE204 cams, inner cam bearings an adjustable pushrods. Then new dyno tune done. Bike was stock 88 with SE A/C an Thunderheader an dynoed 72 hp a year ago. New tune is 84 hp an runs real good with no decel pop. Just have not seen a dyno sheet with uncorrected. The original spring loaded cam tensioners were hardly worn. But should not be a issue now.

Thanks for sharing. Nice peak numbers for a cammed 88". If the graph was to the left about 1k rpms I'd be replacing my cams. Probably feels good when it starts to run after 3k rpms.

Nice but not my riding style. I would want the torque to come on earlier.

Nice change in power with out going bigger or doing the heads. Drop in the graph is the thunder header. I'm sure it rides fine.

I can't really lock in on reading these dyno sheets. Because the dyno trending starts to high. Why don't they set the dyno so it starts showing the HP at something like 20 so we can see a true curve. I'm looking at this and the trend lines are to nite & day. I would like to see two almost parallel lines that are distingiish from each other. But not like that. I do see it's all bottom end.

Why do you say the dip is from the Thunderheader? I have one on my bike as do a few other people I know and none of them have a dip like that on the dyno sheets.

I would say he needs to add fuel to elimate the lean spot. I would like to see the AFR to see if the graph has a similiar move in that rpm range.

Nice pick numbers, but your tunner needs to work on the low rpm tune, what's with that dip????

Google thunderheader exhaust dip. Lots of info on it. They have a couple of mods you can do to help the dip in the dyno graph. You can not feel it in the bike.
