Question Stripped Motor Mount Bolt.

Okay, so like I said in my introduction, I am new to all this so if my questions seen "stupid", I'm sorry. So, I got everything disconnected from the motor in order to remove it from its current frame. I got all the motor mount bolts out but as I was trying to get the rear right it just kept spinning and spinning. I'm guessing its stripped. Its kind of in a tight spot so what besides a grinder do you suggest I remove it with? Also, is there a certain kind of bolt that is needed or just and bolt with the same thread pattern and same size?

Is it possible that there's weight on it, and that's holding it?
