Default fuel injection help

I can't figure out how to set the idle on a 96 flhpi road king. I found the fast idle screw but cannot find the idle screw. The only thing adjustable on the left side is the throttle position sensor.... My problem is the idle is high after the engine warms up. i can loward it by moving the throttle Position sensor but I'm pretty sure that isn't the right way to do it. Can some one explain to me how to tune the fast idle, the idle and the throttle position sensor. It also has a FIO module which I set the pots at 3, 3.5, 4, 4. New to this fuel injection stuff. please help. Thanks,

Take the air cleaner off so you can see the cable side of the throttle. There are two screws on the assembly. Roll the twist grip as you watch the assembly and you will see the cold idle screw come into view.

The hot idle screw is at the lower right of the throttle body.

Set the cold idle screw so that when the engine starts it will rise to around 1400 rpm, then slowly settle down to around 1200 and as the engine warms it should settle to around 1050 rpm.

After you get the idle correct pull the ecm fuse to reset the ecm to the new idle position. Install the fuse and switch the ignition on and off two times allowing enough time for the stepper to step out and park.

This system has the cold/hot idle settings. If you are happy with the cold idle setting....then great, as this one is the tricky one.

Bottom right corner of the throttlebody, there is a tiny screw (early models had allen and later models have torx). With the engine fully warmed up, set the idle to around 1,000 RPM. When setting ONLY the hot idle, there is no need to pull fuses. Just disconnect negative terminal from battery.

Before you adjust anything, make sure the IAC is working though. (Idle air control) If this has malfunctioned, the idle can be high.

Do a search....this topic has been discussed several times and not too long ago.

Default Vacuum Leak

Other than misadjusted minimum speed screws (others have mentioned these) a vacuum leak, a stuck IAC and a TPS that is showing a throttle position greater than 5 percent when the throttle is really closed can each/all cause a high idle.
