I see the air nipple on the rotor side, perhaps someone with that same wheel can check which side their's is on; that would tell you if the wheel was put back together correctly. Are the sprocket bolt holes the same spacing as the rotor holes?
The sportster wheel's air valve is on the rotor side also, but turned the opposite way, belt on right .
That was my thinking. I am going to try and switch the wheel around and see if that makes a difference for spacing on Monday. And if not I am working a deal on a stock takeoff evo fatboy rear wheel
I can send you a fully polished (the center is smooth, not pebble cast) and chrome plated FXSTC rear wheel. It does not have the slots cut in it. Not sure what they go for.

I appreciat ethe offer but unless you are going to send it to me for cost of shipping I already purchased one.
So i took the rear wheel off this morning. The hub width might work but as you may all know, and I forgot, the rotor and sprocket take different size bolts. So even if I flip the rim and have the tire remounted I would still have to relieve the holes in the rotor to make them bigger to fit on the opposite side. I feel like I tried to do this once before when I used the wheel on my rigid and forgot all about that. So I am just going to put it back together for the time being until my new used fatbob wheel gets here and set it back up right. Now I just need a stainless rear rotor because my new brake pads that cam with the performance machine brake don't like the steel one haha
the sporty wheel and the fatboy wheel are the same you just flip them. like you found out the rotor and sprocket bolts are different. the rim on your bike is not perfectly center its off about an 1/8 to the right. that caliper is some of your problem and ill bet part of your problem is a tweaked swingarm from prior improper spacing.
