Default Vin decoder site?

The sites I have found does not give me all the for each number and/or letters
that are in the first part of the vin number.

I did find out my bike is a California model thou and not Montana.
All he told me was he bought it when he was living in Montana so I figured
it was from there but I found out since he has homes in both states he bought
it here but registered it there.

Congrats on finding a 16 year old scoot with only 5,000 miles on it...probably time to rotate the air in the tires.

The front to back and back into the front?

New tires with about 300 miles on them, the old timer just putted around town since he bought the bike new and replaced them less than a year ago.
