Thanks guys, I have been a Blockhead since 1984, love the Evo forever.
I had the first year Softail, #600 FXST should have kept that one, Ha.
I was happy to find this near last model of an Evo Springer. I am a big fan of the FXR also. I sold my 1996 FLHT with over 130,000 miles to buy this bike,
It =might just be my last. I have had most every Harley model made in the last 30 years, I love them all. But the Evo is my fave.
Guys I am not an expert by any means but I have been messing with the Evo for 30 years, So if I can ever help out I would be happy to offer advice , I have built quite a few motors and done plenty of custom fabrication.
The motor work is pretty much out of the box for an Evo, buy and install. Not rocket science. Custom Fabrication can be a trick. T&E. I am an expert on that, Ha.
