Zddp
You don`t need ZDDP in an engine with roller lifters.
The absence of ZDDP in oil caused some premature wear on flat tappets, found on older car engines. I think all auto engines have roller lifters or cam followers these days.
It is more important to worry about nitrogen in the tires.

Yeah, I know, not everyone has rollers or uses mc oil witch contains it. Thread was not meant for sarcastic comments from people that know this but for people who don't and might be happy to learn this, and don't have rollers YET as I.
Nor was this thread meant to be answered as it is not a question, except for maybe thanks for the heads up.

If you don`t like the replies , don`t make a post like this.
You see, most of us know how to look things up on google...
"ZDDP? We ain't got no ZDDP."
"We don't need no ZDDP."
"I don't have to show you any stinkin' ZDDP!"

Wanna know if your oil has "zinc" in it? Take a few drops of oil (new or used) and add a tiny droplet of water and mix well. If it turns "milky white" then you have zinc in your oil. If it looks like chocolate milk, then you used dirty oil!
Zinc is an antiwear constituent.
