It's -17 here this morning. Second record for the coldest day ever recorded. Oil and electric is going to cost me more than anything this year.

You guys out east got more than your share of winter this year! We are used to this and we wine when we don't get enough snow. Love to play in it. Real cold is a bitch!

I'm down to the last few button-up tasks on my winter maintenance list. If its not unbearably cold this weekend, that'll be over. Might even take her out for a spin and see how the new suspension works.

But damn, I am getting too old for this cold. I'm trying to remember why I didn't move south 20 years ago.

Light freeze again in Austin last night. Thinking of learning Spanish and heading farther south.

If I didn't have three elementary age kids I would have left for the south this winter for sure. Schools are good up here but the weather is miserable. More storms coming too. Thinking of putting some harley emblems on the snowblower with some chrome grips

Don't forget to upgrade the exhaust.... gotta let the neighbors know it's snowing......
