Hi everybody! Iīd like to share some pics of my "new" HD. The bike is now somewhere between NJ and Spain. You can see that has a lot of work to do...but I think Itīs going to be a good projct for this year. Iīll post a thread on Wanted Parts Forum and try to buy some used parts...

Thank you!

...itīs my first american bike. Iīm daily user of italian bikes. The Guzzi&Lambretta are waiting for that piece of american steel!!! The only thing I now about the bike is the comes without keys. One funny thing is that last week I called to my HD dealer. I asked them for a new set of keys for that bike (with VIN nš) They said that the bike is Salvage Title...so HD canīt make copies for new keys... Itīs a bad start---

I'm not sure about keys or locks, but post your challenges in here and someone can probably suggest a way around them. Stacks of Evo knowledge and experience in here!

You can either take out the ignition and take it to a lock smith who can make you a new key/s or just replace the ignition and the new one will come with keys.

Yeah, that. Good news is, it's a very easy key, and you'll probably find the ignition isn't locked anyway, so no hurry. Bad news is, getting to the underside of the lock cylinder inside the fairing to pull the little pin to release it may involve hiring a midget contortionist. Excuse me...... a limber little person.
