Ordered brake upgrades, please check me

Got an email saying the calipers are on back order, would I like to continue to wait indefinitely. Ended up calling and asking for a refund.
I then found the same calipers from a different website that I never used before for less money and they showed them in stock. I spent an hour trying to go through check out in that site but eventually got it after which I left them a review about the extreme incompetence of their website design.
Saved about $30 but the amount of aggravation was not worth it.
On top of that, pay pal had reverted to my old card and somehow my current card was no longer in their system which caused me further headaches. Oh, and it won't let me remove the old expired card since there are transactions pending on it.
Overall, not a good day for ecommerce.
