Noticed sprayed oil on some random places today. Hit my tender plug on the right side. It is dripping from the outer primary seal which I knew needed replacement but I noticed this around where the belt goes in as well. The belt looks dry. Anything you think this could be or would the dripping primary run up in the wind like this?
If it was the main shaft seal wouldn't I be getting transmission oil leak? This is my primary oil its golden brown. My trans has red shockproof in it. It also smells distinct. It's definitely not shockproof oil in finding.

Hmm... nevermind then. Maybe your jackshaft seal then... it's another common leak.
Wind can do strange things with leaks.
If it was me I would replace the outer primary seal first and see if that fixes your problem.
If not there are 5 places on the inner primary for the oil to leak out of.
1- O-ring around the rotor.
2&3- The 2 holes that your adjuster support screws go into (not very likely)
4- Inner primary shaft seal
5- Starter jackshaft seal
If you do end up pulling the inner primary I would change all 5 if I were you.
I changed the inner primary when I did the bearing. It's just odd to me it's never leaked a drop when parked and I just checked and I have a nice 5 inch wide spot now. Just today out of nowhere. It was making a funny whining noise the first 5 minutes of the ride but my kickstand rubber block was moved I thought it was in the Wong spot rubbing but not im not sure. They whine is gone 100% it was definitely from the primary side too.

Only the inner primary and the large oring for the inner. I never changed the outer because it was on and off so many times and I planned on getting rid of the shifter shaft and replacing the inspection cover. Since it's still leaking sitting parked I assume it could just be the outer leaking and blowing all over?

As I said before wind can do strange things with oil.
