Default Sometimes, its the little things....

Been replacing every rubber piece on my bike due to age. Most of the rubber parts are very hard and cracked. Some were still OK but I replaced them anyway. There are 2 rubber blocks that are located at the rear muffler mounting brackets. They were very hard. I replaced them and I cant believe how much smoother my bike idles. Sometimes, its the smallest, cheapest parts that make the biggest differences!

Interesting. I guess this won't hurt to give it a try.
Have you replaced the bushings in the handlebar mounts yet? That made a difference as well.

Yes, I replaced the riser bushings with poly. They made a tremendous difference.
